- Installation of the crankshaft and assembly of the crankcase
- Gearbox assembly
- Check the axial play of the shafts
- Footswitch assembly
- Flange the gearbox to the motor housing
- Mount clutch and chain box with kickstarter
- Mount piston and cylinder
- Mount output sprocket, magnet carrier and ignition light system
- Adjust ignition
- Mount speedometer drive and magnetic cover
- Fill in gear oil
- Installing the engine
- Attach accessories
